PRODUCTION

To make a board which will give you a real pleasure of riding we do not arrive at a compromise in the production process! We always use the best solutions while creating our longboards, no matter what costs it requires.

The fundamental parameter which influences the quality of riding is a good choice of materials. Our longboards are made from the best quality components, from wood to laminates.

The first production stage is to join all the board’s components. Each layer is placed and adjusted by hand. Thanks to the use of a patented pressing technology we are able to get a more uniform pressure on a surface than conventional methods can provide. While moulding the boards are heated which gives the best quality of laminate.

Another production stage is cutting out the shape. Moulded pieces are fixed to a CNC plotter which precisely cuts out the shape designed previously. This allows us to avoid any inaccuracies that would appear with the use of traditional processing methods.

Next, every board is manually polished, glossed and prepared to waxing. At the last stage all the boards undergo final inspection.

Our aim is to deliver the best quality equipment which will allow everyone to make a fast progress and will definitely satisfy even the most demanding customers.

TECHNOLOGIES

V-TECHNOLOGY

This is a way of joining different types of timber in the core. A special profile increases strength and benefits a better balance of forces acting on welds, which will significantly prolong the core durability.

HPL

A technology of board pressing in increased temperature. Increased temperature improves mechanical properties and an even pressing spreads the resin precisely and removes its excess. Thanks to HPL technology you can forget about board delaminating.

EPOXY BUBBLE

As you can’t imagine coke without bubbles we can’t imagine our decks without glass marbles . Higher exhaustion resistance and longer life-expectancy speaks for themselves.


CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGIES

X-TECHNOLOGY

Two intersecting layers of carbon fibers under the board’s core whose placement and geometry create a stiff framework, which will increase Torsion flex. This solution makes it easier to move your energy better while taking narrow turns and consequently facilitates the slides significantly.

CARBON SPINE

Wide and thick carbon belt which makes the board stiff. Carbon fiber makes the board base – similarly to a spine in a human body, additional advantage-suppresses vibration and gives faster board reaction.

COMPOSITE

The boards are reinforced with an epoxide-glass composite. The glass, which acts as reinforcement, has a special fiber setting and weight which makes it possible to bear all the loadings.

EPOXY INSIDE

The boards (except the core) are all glued with epoxide resin. This lets us gain strong laminates and durable bonding between particular components.

VENEER

Each sheet undergoes a quality control so as to observe any defects which would influence the board’s properties. Even though the best quality material is always used some parts must often be rejected during a manual selection.

CORE

Made from specially prepared timber which, after being cut, goes through a slow seasoning process that improves its strength and flexibility. Next, with the use of V-technology, the cores are glued. Each core undergoes primary tests. Paying attention to all the details lets us gain the core which in the future will certainly become the heart of our boards.

SCRATCH RESISTANT

Polymer protective layer will secure your graphics from scratches.

ALTERNATIVE RIDE

Our boards undergo pliability tests which guarantee that your board will satisfy your “flex “demands and we become sure that you get an ideal product with perfectly designed core.

CNC MACHINING

Our boards are cut out with a numerically-controlled machine, which leads to incomparable accuracy comparing to traditional cutting out methods. You can be sure that the holes in the board will be placed in one axle so that your trucks will fit perfectly.

MADE IN POLAND

Every phase of production takes place in Poland,for our boards to have the Slavic soul. Our emloyees are on a special diet – lard, sausages and bigos (polish dish with lots of meat, sausage and cabbage).

3D KICTAIL

W CONCAVE

Designed for freeriding. Lock Your feet on board and go makesome toeside slides.

ROCKER

Lower centre of gravity with more board control, especially for sliding.

RADIAL CONCAVE

Delicate concave, ideal for a city gives you a perfect board feeling under the feet while performing slides and cruisings.

TWIN-TIP

A shape designed for freerides and tricks. A switch or regular ride will make no difference.

CAMBER

For flexy boards, we use a Cambered profile. Camber is a bulge in the arc-shaped board. It helps to absorb the energy that is created during the carving and pumping.

DEEP CONCAVE

Designed for downhill and freeriding. A flat board centre ensures stability of riding in a position, while curled edges make you control your board during the slides.
